Scouting on the Isle of Man caters for young people from age 4 to 25. Each section builds on the last, creating a seamless journey of growth and discovery.


Squirrels is the newest section in scouting and we currently don't have any active Dreys. Not every Group will have every section please see or groups page for more details.

Squirrels4–6 years

Squirrels are Scoutings newest section, for children aged 4 to 6. At the moment on the Isle of Man there are no squirrel dreys.

Beavers enjoy a wide range of activities including games, crafts, singing, visits, and outdoor adventures. They learn by doing — developing friendships and a sense of belonging.

Squirrels Update

We are currently receiving a high number of enquiries about Squirrels.

Unfortunately, there are no active Squirrel sections within Scouts on the Isle of Man at present. There is currently no confirmed timeframe for the introduction of Squirrels.
